Outside of the training, crews also responded to a RIT call for a building fire in Folsom. TAC 8 was first in and stretched an 1 3/4 handline. A homeowner had been thawing frozen pipes and caught some of the wall on fire. the fire had been knocked with a home extinguisher. Crews set up a PPV fan and helped ventilate. Crews also responded to a reported brush fire in Ridley park, which was a bon fire and aided in extinguishing that as well discovering a gas leak outside in Ridley Park.
