Today companies 7 and 8 conducted some live fire training with grease fires. Crews looked at the effects of putting water on a grease fire and made some videos that can be found at our facebook page. Crews also used different methods of extinguishment such as sliding a lid on to smother the fire, An ABC dry chemical extinguisher, and also baking soda.
