On Saturday morning RIT 8 was dispatched to Woodlyn for a building fire. This assignment was upgraded from an AFA. Company 67 placed a handline in service on a trash fire in a basement level apartment in the living room. RIT 8 set up in front of the building and monitored conditions and crews going in. Found a secondary entrance and ran our saws. Crew was on scene for a little over an hour. Early Sunday morning RIT 8 went to Darby for the working fire at an apartment complex. Station 8 also went to the Prospect Park Care Center today for a pump out call.
